EASTERN PROMISES (working title)

An original* project

An international story based on the ever-evolving webs of law, crime, and the grey spaces in-between. Framed through the viewpoints of different families: the ones we are born into, the ones we forge, and the ones that are thrust upon us. Taking its inspiration from David Cronenberg's EASTERN PROMISES (2007), this script revolves around questions of trauma, survival, and legacy through a geopolitical lens of different migrations during the post-Soviet "global village."
